BENIGHTED SOUL | working on the first album ! Thanks to all for the "Anesidora" session (2008-2009) !

Hey !

Benighted Soul is now working on the first album and is looking for a label.

So, Benighted Soul's members want to thank everyone who supported them during the "Anesidora" session (2008-2009) ! They especially want to thank their strong team, The Melophores, and all their fans ! They also want to thank all the bands they met, like Kells, Markize, Interria, Whyzdom,... (and all the others) and all their partners !

Thanks to you, the first promotional gig facing a full to bursting "Scène Bastille" in january 2008 was a huge success and the band sold more than 100 copies of its new opus in the evening !

The reactions of the press were very enthusiastic ! Nancylukewebzine [UK], Femme Metal Webzine [UK], French Metal [FR] , Pavillon 666 [FR], Heavy Law [FR], Metal France [FR]and many more webzines agreed to say that BS is one of the most serious hopes of the french Metal scene.

So, they played in famous concert halls like La Locomotive (Paris), La Scène Bastille (Paris), the Capitol Studio (Saint-Ouen), l'Autre Canal (Nancy), le Marché-Gare (Lyon)... 

After selling almost all copies of their EP, BS appears alongside Dagoba, No Return or Lyzanxia on the 7th French Metal Compilation, "Retour de Flammes" ("Backfiring"); Dark Moor or Wildpath on the second Heavylaw Compilation, "Another Story From Heaven" and Magica, Operatika, Kells or Whyzdom on Femme Metal Compilation, "Demonic and Divine" !

On June the 8th 2008, BS got the second position of the Wacken Contest 2008 (Metal Battle France).

Anesidora was elected by the MetalSymphonique.com webzine readers as the “best EP of the year” in 2008 !

And Benighted Soul was nominated for the MFVF Awards as "Best newcomer band" in mai 2009 !

Of Myst Recorded first Demo/Singles

Finally, after years of hard work and effort, OF MYST recorded her first demo album named "Smell In A Cage".

It consists of seven songs, of which 5 demo recordings and 2 singles.

Symphonic Metal composer seeks band to play his music

Welcome to Womb of Capricorn place in Goth Metal World!

In the meantime my Symphonic Metal songs are properly produced, the versions I'm offering you here are SubDemos: instruments were emulated by computer, and vocals were sung by a friend in a home recording (see www.wombofcapricorn.com for further details).

My aim is to find anywhere in the world a band interested in performing my songs, or a producer, in order to launch an album.

Currently, there is only one person on board of Womb of Capricorn project: the composer Escorpión (me).
